We were really very satisfied. The place is modest but welcoming and as soon as you entered you could smell a nice inviting scent. We had a delicious fumeè, the provola and the ham were very fresh, they melted in your mouth. Then the Saracen tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, very tasty and cooked to perfection, the polenta with braised meat covered in sauce, nice and thick and tasty, and then the kid was simply superlative. Everything was so good that we forgot to take photos, absolutely recommended restaurant.

Very good and good food and service. to try. It also sells typical local products (e.g. honey).

A rather modest place, you eat on a paper placemat, cheap furnishings, cold lights, Christmas decorations at Easter... We didn't like the pizza, not much tomato and an indigestible cheese of dubious quality. Sin.

Cena riservata ai bolliti misti piemontesi. L inizio è avvenuto con un gran bel risotto: davvero buono e preparato con molta cura. Le carni sono state eccezionali e così pure la quantità (continuavano ad offrire il bis o il tris per ogni portata). Estata davvero una buona serata ad un prezzo molto accessibile. Da consigliare caldamente e da ritornarci sicuramente.

In fact, I chose a mixed appetizer with fried gnocco, a plate of pumpkin gnocchi with raw Vigezzino and Toma fondue and a polenta with pumpkin and zola. The restaurant offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for immersing yourself in the festive atmosphere of the country. The kindness of the staff and attention to detail make the gastronomic experience even more pleasant. We had to wait a while before being served, even though we had booked in advance, but I think this was due to the event itself which puts a lot of pressure on the staff. It was a pleasant experience, the place is welcoming and clean; the prices are very competitive and the portions generous. Overall, it's a place I recommend!

Recommended for a lunch stop in Santa Maria Maggiore. We stopped along the foliage train route to Locarno. In the center, therefore not far from the station, next to the church of S. Maria Assunta and the Chimney Sweep Museum. Excellent quality/price ratio. The choice of dishes is decent. Courteous and efficient service. A beautiful and good experience
