Excellent! 10/10 for the food and 10/10 for the service! We ate wonderfully and really appreciated the friendly waiter, who cuddled and joked with our little girl. There's an attached shop where you can find local gifts and goodies. Top, we'll be back!

Excellent restaurant in the beautiful village of Santa Maria Maggiore. The atmosphere is very pleasant and well-decorated. The polenta with mushrooms and the stew are excellent. There's also a charming shop selling local wooden art.

We stopped for lunch during a workday.
The restaurant has a spacious and well-designed dining room.
The daily specials are good, and pizza is also available.
The desserts were still influenced by the pumpkin festival held a few days earlier. We enjoyed the strudel and pumpkin tart, as well as the pumpkin cream and the game polenta, although perhaps too spicy and risking overpowering the flavor of the meat.
