We were really very satisfied. The place is modest but welcoming and as soon as you entered you could smell a nice inviting scent. We had a delicious fumeè, the provola and the ham were very fresh, they melted in your mouth. Then the Saracen tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, very tasty and cooked to perfection, the polenta with braised meat covered in sauce, nice and thick and tasty, and then the kid was simply superlative. Everything was so good that we forgot to take photos, absolutely recommended restaurant.

A rather modest place, you eat on a paper placemat, cheap furnishings, cold lights, Christmas decorations at Easter... We didn't like the pizza, not much tomato and an indigestible cheese of dubious quality. Sin.

Abbiamo cenato qui in occasione del nostro soggiorno di cinque giorni a Santa Maria maggiore non c’erano molte possibilità solo due ristoranti aperti abbiamo scelto il Locarno e ci siamo trovati davvero bene e cucina tradizionale e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.lo consiglio

30/05/2025: We arrived without a reservation with our two small dogs, which wasn't a problem at all. We ordered our meal to share, it came quickly, tasted good, and the staff was very friendly. The restaurant is very attractively decorated, and the terrace is also very pleasant. Highly recommended.
