This place pleasantly surprised me; friends recommended it, so we decided to try it. Their appetizer selection is mind-blowing; we couldn't finish them because they were so plentiful. The first courses (trofeo with meatballs, porcini mushrooms, and saffron, and colirgiones with ragù) were fabulous, and also decidedly generous. We couldn't finish the second course because we wanted to save room for the desserts, which were also superb (mascarpone cream with salted caramel and whipped cream, and crème brûlée served with a flame). We had a truly wonderful time, and I highly recommend it because Sardinia isn't just about the sea; the inland areas also have their own, and you are proof of that. The person who looked after us throughout the meal was truly professional and knowledgeable. The value for money was EXCELLENT. Thank you for this journey of flavors, we'll definitely be back.
