20/02/2026: I've been curious to try this restaurant for a while, with reservations required.
A well-appointed and comfortable hillside location.
Impeccable and excellent service, from the car ride to the nearby parking lot to the excellent welcome aperitif.
I was amazed by the beauty of the "basket" for the bottle of wine, carved from a block of ice.
The set menu includes appetizers, a first course, and a second course, with the option to choose when to eat; for the first and second courses, you can opt for half portions.
Excellent ingredients, crafted with passion, skill, and professionalism.
I found some truly exquisite dishes: tuna carpaccio, shrimp caramel, and a savory tiramisu that I'd call heavenly.
Honestly, given the choice in the future, I wouldn't try the first course again: tagliolini with red berries, clams, and Leccino olives. They seemed "unbalanced" to me, with the saltiness of the olives not balancing out (sorry for the repetition) but rather contrasting with the tart and sweet notes of the fruit.
The price was in line with the quality of the offerings.
I'll gladly return, hoping to improve my rating!
25/01/2026: A fantastic surprise; I'd heard about it but didn't expect it. I celebrated my partner's birthday. Reservations are mandatory; the restaurant is located in Susy's home. Intimate, beautiful, and meticulously maintained. Her daughters and husband take care of the guests; they are exceptional, courteous, and kind. Susy is the queen of the kitchen, with rich, delicious flavors. It was our first time there, but we'll definitely be back. We were pampered all evening; even though it was busy, we were always the center of attention. Well done, we felt right at home. Everything was excellent, from the welcome to the service, but above all, the food, an experience of exceptional flavors. See you soon.
