We dined at this restaurant and were thrilled: the freshest fish, dishes crafted with meticulous attention to detail, and a cuisine that showcases the flavors of the sea with balance and refinement. Pizzeria La Rosetta in Alatri is an institution! Located at the foot of the fabulous polygonal walls, it was the first pizzeria to offer authentic Neapolitan pizza years ago! Today, it upholds this tradition! The pizza is very good and very easy to digest!! Something that certainly cannot be underestimated! The fried foods are also excellent, and, to top it all off, the amazing pizza with Nutella! The atmosphere is very pleasant, the service efficient, and the staff very friendly! It's definitely worth a visit, even for the most discerning customers!
