We dined at this restaurant and were thrilled: the freshest fish, dishes crafted with meticulous attention to detail, and a cuisine that showcases the flavors of the sea with balance and refinement.
From appetizer to dessert, everything was perfect, with a special mention for the truly spectacular raw seafood.
Impeccable service, friendly and welcoming staff, an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere, and a breathtaking view of the cyclopean walls illuminated at night.

Excellent evening. The atmosphere is elegant but not overbearing, and conversation is possible even though the room is large. Suitable for groups of 4-6. Excellent food, both meat and fish. The staff is extremely friendly. The wine list is also good.

Pizzeria La Rosetta in Alatri is an institution! Located at the foot of the fabulous polygonal walls, it was the first pizzeria to offer authentic Neapolitan pizza years ago!
Today, it upholds this tradition! The pizza is very good and very easy to digest!! Something that certainly cannot be underestimated! The fried foods are also excellent, and, to top it all off, the amazing pizza with Nutella! The atmosphere is very pleasant, the service efficient, and the staff very friendly!
It's definitely worth a visit, even for the most discerning customers!

Today, we were walking along the front of the restaurant and simply asked what sights are good to see here in the Town. It turned into a great conversation and hospitality of two of the chefs. It was as if we were friends already. The place does not look so big from outside. However once inside it has two levels and the terrace views are wonderful. We learned so much history and made new friends. The vision of the owner is grand. I believe they are going in the correct direction. Excellent Staff, ambiance and food is spectacular.

I celebrated my daughter's graduation there. The platter was assorted with appetizers, the fried food was perfect—you couldn't taste the oil at all—and the mixed pizza slices were really good, and I'm a stickler for pizza.
Take a stroll there, plus it's cheap!
I forgot about the cake, but that's because I was full! They made it, excellent!

Very welcoming place, cared for in the smallest details, excellent quality raw materials, panoramic terraces with a view of the spectacular cyclopean walls. The staff is friendly and attentive to any request. Quite fast service and the owner Bruno is truly top notch.

Ancient place in Alatri. Renovated in a more modern style, with sofas in addition to tables where you can relax. Tables also outside that overlook the internal courtyard. In front of the majestic cyclopean walls of Alatri. Very beautiful
