We stumbled upon this place by chance and we couldn't have left happier. We loved the place. The treatment received from all the waiters, especially the French girl they have on the terrace, was magnificent. And the food is super good. We ordered a salad with pear, cheese and walnuts and two pizzas. Super recommended 😊

Tourist restaurant. It's a shame, because the raw material available is probably good. The industrial balsamic glaze on the tuna steak speaks for itself. Sacrilege given that the quality of the tuna was high. The seafood spaghetti sauce (the name of the Chef's creation escapes me) is passable. The scampi used are the sore point of the evening. Really poor quality. The pizza is good. We had four different desserts without being satisfied. Probably an evening No. I hope. Still nice place but I advise the Chef to keep it simple. With that stuff he has at his disposal, the more he works with it the more damage he is likely to do. Kind service. Even though we didn't really understand what language the girl spoke.

Cosy & Delicious! We had a great meal here overlooking the Sardinian sea! The service was friendly and joking. The menu had many choices. The meals were prepared with local products and were very tasty. We particularly liked the dessert. There is plenty of parking at the restaurant.

Wonderful dinner at this lovely restaurant. Very near to where we were staying in Cala Gonone and had plenty of nearby parking available. The food was delicious––best ravioli I've ever had. Service was also great. Highly recommend! Thanks to our VRBO host Giorgio for recommending it to us!

Agree with other reviews that Cala Gonone isn't the best for dining out, but thankfully La Poltrona exists - we went three times within a week because it was so dependable! The pastas (huge portions) and the pizzas are very good. Kind and entertaining staff.

02/09/2024: Nice b&b we stayed for 10 days we had a great time, excellent location near the beach, excellent restaurant, thanks to Marco and Caterina and all the staff in particular to the girl at breakfast who made her own desserts and we felt at home . I recommend it
01/09/2024: We dined at this restaurant on 10 evenings in August, and every evening was an exceptional experience. The staff and owners are extremely friendly and attentive, always making us feel welcome. The food is of high quality, with delicious and well presented dishes. The prices are honest, especially considering the quality of the service and the dishes. Highly recommended for those looking for a place to eat well and feel at home!

02/08/2024: Place in the historic center, excellent dishes, excellent value for money, possibility of having a vast selection of gluten-free dishes both for the restaurant and for breakfast with totally gluten-free products of their own production. Truly recommended
02/08/2024: We ate very well!! Catalan swordfish and tuna with asparagus cream, simply delicious. Very fresh raw materials, we will be back.
