Almost perfect dinner, delicious food, very friendly and helpful staff, the only flaws are the prices and service times but with two workers it is difficult to do better. I don't understand what makes people find this restaurant unpleasant, I recommend it.

Siamo un grande gruppo di amici, ci hanno consigliato questo ristorante per il Porcetto e per la pizza.
Tutto buono, saporito, cibo fresco .
Sapori sardi . Anche il dolce la Seadas fantastica.
Personale gentile, lo chef ci ha preparato la pizza sarda fatta con il pane lentu( il tipo pane carasau)
Noi lo consigliamo.

We were tight with the ship and stopped here after hours. We were welcomed very well, ate an appetizer of excellent cured meats and cheeses and an exquisite suckling pig as shown in the images. Highly recommended!

Excellent place to try Sardinian cuisine. The owner covers all roles: from the waiter to the cook. Super helpful and kind to explain the dishes of his cuisine.
The pig is always available every day even without a reservation, unlike other restaurants in the area.
The menu we were given was not updated to the actual prices we later found on the receipt, which were slightly higher.
The location is a little out of the center and on the road, but it's not chaotic at all. Perhaps this is also why it is easy to find it empty or semi-empty.
For the rest it is highly recommended to try typical Sardinian cuisine! We were also offered a glass of Mirto produced by them to conclude the dinner.

We chose this place because it was quiet, away from the chaos of the pedestrian area. We immediately understood the discomfort of the owner who found himself without staff but despite everything he cooked the chosen dishes with care and served us with kindness!!!!

Do you want to try authentic Sardinian flavours? You must come to the La Cinta - Il Surfista restaurant! Exceptional Sardinian pork, and sea bream in salt that we would have eaten another one! The handcrafted myrtle at the end of the meal is also excellent!

Pizza to say the least FABULOUS the gentleman who welcomed us who is the same one who prepares food and brings it to the tables is SUPER WELCOMING AND NICE.
I RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO TRY THIS PLACE BECAUSE YOU CAN FEEL THE LOCAL WARMTHNESS.

Non spendere troppo, arrivato alla fine delle vacanze, era il mio obiettivo, e l'ho parzialmente raggiunto.
Il menu degustazione, su quattro portate effigiate nelle mie rispettive foto, era abbondante e comprendeva anche il porceddu, che a San Teodoro è una specie di tormentone, ma era un lontano parente di quello della Barbagia.
Il prezzo di 30 Euro indicato nella carta era incongruo e nella ricevuta gli Euro sono diventati 35. Giustificati, ma sarebbe stato più gratificante saperlo prima ...
Mia moglie ha preso una pizza tranquilla, quotata 14 Euro, i coperti erano 3.50 ciascuno e anche la Ichnusa in bottiglia è aumentata di prezzo tra la carta e il conto.
Ci sta, è un posto turistico dove si mangia una volta e non si torna più.
