RISTORANTE PIZZERIA KIARA In Giulianova

We had a wonderful experience at this fantastic seafront residence. It's new and modern, with spacious and welcoming spaces, a gorgeous, always clean pool, and large, comfortable apartments with sea views! The day begins with a delicious, generous sweet and savory breakfast, always served with a smile by Bozena, Ludovico, and the staff, to whom we extend our sincere thanks! The quality of the food is excellent, especially the Ferragosto lunch, with its refined seafood menu, is particularly noteworthy. Everything was delicious and the portions were generous! The pizzas are delicious and fluffy. We'd like to thank the owner, Luigi, who is always available and ready to help with any needs, making this residence a true gem in Giulianova.

We've been happy to return to this resort for several years now. Friendly and professional staff. The apartments are immaculately maintained and spotlessly clean. Extremely convenient for those who want to relax and be close to the sea. The bike service takes you to the center in 5 minutes. Highly recommended.

We stayed for a week in a ground-floor two-room apartment, not facing the sea, with two adults and a young child. The apartment is very comfortable, with spacious rooms and a very large private terrace with an outdoor sink. Our apartment adjoined the breakfast bar and pool area, very convenient. The beach was just steps away (just across the street). We were also impressed by the consistently clean sea. The location is quiet, about a 15-20 minute walk from the main promenade/town center, which is full of cafes and markets. It's an ideal stay for families seeking a peaceful seaside getaway.

And I forgot that the food is excellent, even the pizzas are very good 👍

Excellent stay facing the sea. Clean and well-equipped apartment. The best part: deckchair and parasol included in the rental price.

Have stayed here plenty of times and always enjoyed every year 😄. Rooms are clean.! Staff are friendly! Pools great! Breakfast good! Service is top! Beach access, beach bar, beach position and allocated sun beds is awesome! Look forward to coming plenty of more times 😄! Luigi - You better put a cheeky little "Ham Burger" on the menu for me next year! As that was the only thing I was missing.. 😜😂😊👍🏻.

Perfect location, we were looking for a little place with a sea view and a pool, and we found it at Kiara Residence. Exceptional hospitality, excellent and plentiful breakfast. What can I say, a dream vacation ❣️. Highly recommended!

Truly perfect residence in every way. Comfortable beds, seafront beach, excellent, quality food, excellent seafood lunch menu for only €15, the reception staff makes you feel at home, kind, and attentive. The breakfast staff is truly unique. Special praise to Ludovico, always ready to satisfy your every need. This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at this residence, we highly recommend it. 5 stars is obviously our rating.

Clean place and unique location. The restaurant is worth a visit for its simple flavors, yet uses truly refined ingredients. Luigi is a great host who knows how to recommend the daily special. Excellent value. I recommend Kiara's hot and cold appetizers, first courses of the day, and fried food. Timeless flavors, delicate, never overpowering, and salty. See you next time. egv
