Made a big order for 3 people at the kiosk. At that day, ready orders were not shown correctly on the TV and my number was not on the list of "in progress". Also I had to wait almost half an hour for the order. Nevertheless the food was good, but I didn't receive some part of the order.

There's been a significant improvement in the finish of the products recently. This makes eating them much more enjoyable.

I go to this place because the products are very good and the service is very efficient. The prices are quite cheap.

There is a wide choice of menus of various types.... The staff is polite, available to help and fast but not superficial in preparation. The place is clean and tidy.

Clean environment, well-equipped children's playroom, so children can have fun and parents can finish eating peacefully.

We often order from Burger King and we can confidently say that it is the best! They made mistakes very few times, and when it happened, they immediately made it right with professionalism and kindness. Once, after an error in the order, they offered to give us the product free on the next visit. Impeccable customer service! Furthermore, the portions are really generous: if it says "large", it is really large, unlike McDonald's, where the dimensions leave something to be desired. And speaking of taste, there is no comparison: Burger King is 100 times better! When we ordered from McDonald's, they got all the orders wrong the first time... a disaster. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would without thinking! Highly recommended!
