A beautiful, historic venue, truly a gem. The young, very polite staff clearly work with passion and know they're offering a high-quality product that few can match. The scrocchia is incredibly delicious; I highly recommend sharing the whole peel, as it'll be a memorable meal. The red beer was perhaps even better than the pizza. The shift management was very well thought out; we ate at our leisure, even on Saturday night. In short, go there.
