We exclusively ordered fish dishes, all wonderfully prepared. You can see from the dishes that the chef and owner has traveled extensively throughout his professional life and that his cuisine has been enriched by his experience. The sea carbonara and the pan-fried fish "alla viareggina" were excellent. Finally, the lovely Sardinian Vermentino recommended by the chef was very appropriate. A truly wonderful gastronomic experience!
