The best pizza around. Nestled in a small, idyllic town. Great service, reservations recommended, and be careful, the pizzas are incredibly large!

Despite the restaurant being packed, the service was good and the staff were attentive. We all had pizza. The size was unusual, quite generous and well-topped.

If you come on holiday here, you can't miss an evening at Cappellaccio :) We know that the pizzas are extra large, so that's what we come for! Both the dough and the ingredients are exceptional! A few extra minutes of waiting is to be expected given that it's a pizzeria that's practically always full, being one of the best... the staff is kind and helpful, and the prices are also fair, top notch 🔝

A well-known restaurant in Tuscany for its generously sized pizzas, with a choice of classic or multigrain dough. I personally opted for a white pizza with truffled pecorino cheese, truffle, and egg. The menu offered a red pizza, but I don't think truffle and tomato go so well together. The result?! A truly excellent pizza.

Delicious, large pizzas. It's best to park in the parking lot at the bottom, before driving uphill to the pizzeria, as you can't reach it by car.

24/07/2025: Restaurant in Marina di Campo Attentive and attentive service The tasting menu was perfect, except for the first course I would improve the wine pairing.
13/07/2025: Everything was exceptional! The tuna with foie gras was incredible. I have to admit, Il Moro has really raised the bar: after this experience, it'll be hard not to compare it to other restaurants. I think I'll avoid going out for dinner for a while.

26/08/2025: The food was delicious; we had a great meal. The fish was some of the best I've ever eaten, and the pizza was also excellent. The cover charge was a bit pricey (€2.50 per person), and honestly, €6 for a portion of fries seems a bit much. Otherwise, everything was perfect, the staff was super friendly and helpful!
26/08/2025: They don't do pizza for lunch. Good for a restaurant.
