The dishes are light and unique, the staff is friendly and helpful; we came here by chance but were pleasantly surprised. The appetizer was plentiful and delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the town or looking for something tasty at a reasonable price.

We came across I Ghibellini on the recommendation of another nearby restaurant that didn't have any seating 🤷and I have to say it was a great experience. The traditional dishes were delicious, and the staff were very friendly. Thank you for a pleasant lunch.

08/11/2025: What an amazing experience to kick off our honeymoon with the truffle hunting followed by lunch. You gain a lot of insight into the truffle hunting with a very entertaining guide, Michele, and his dog Argo. That is followed by a beautiful lunch and wine pairing led by Andrea. Highly recommend this experience if you want to learn more about the food and wine in Umbria!
20/10/2025: The brothers are charming and knowledgeable. Excellent service and food. Wonderful experience.
