Ristorante pizzeria Hercules In Roseto degli abruzzi

29/08/2024: I stayed with my husband and my children for two weeks at the Casa del Mar residence in Roseto degli Abruzzi. A wonderful view in a quiet part of the country! Too bad the manager M. is unprofessional compared to the other two very helpful receptionists; Maintenance was inefficient (almost non-existent): the pool fence was full of dangerous nails and the grates were rising. As regards the bar/restaurant, mêtre F. proved to be grumpy towards customers on several occasions. Speaking of animation, however, a big problem arises. I was already prejudiced by reading the reviews left by previous customers. One of the two entertainers (A) is unsuitable for this role, probably too immature to be able to assist the children in having fun; the other instead (G) was much more suitable and proactive, it's a shame that she didn't find much support in her colleague. A plus point for this residence is the swimming pool: always clean and, above all, all the lifeguards (in particular A, as he is most present) always friendly and available for any customer need.

24/08/2024: Structure in an excellent position adjacent to the beach with attached service (umbrella, deckchairs and sunbed) not for everyone...welcoming and very clean environment, trained, kind and friendly staff. If there is an opportunity we will definitely come back here..Thank you for everything
