We actually just went for dinner, to visit my son and the canoe coaches who were staying there. We ate well.

After years of staying in Caldonazzo in other structures, this year we stopped at the Gilda. We had a very good time as the structure is welcoming, the staff are friendly and helpful and the high quality of the offer is perceived. Absolutely recommended.

During my Alpine cross bike tour I became aware of this hotel via the Internet on a completely rainy day. Soaking wet, I reached the hotel, was warmly welcomed and given a room. The way I looked didn't necessarily come naturally. The dinner was delicious and the outdoor pool was warm. The breakfast was rich and varied. I can only really recommend this hotel. Even a wet cyclist is a welcome guest here.

Having found this excellent restaurant was a real pleasure for the palate Excellent value for money, welcoming hostess... definitely recommended and I will definitely return, I only used the restaurant service but I imagine that the hotel is also in line with consistency EXCELLENT

Good pizza but…..too much waiting!!! Wrong to sit inside in a beautiful place with traditional, almost ancient furnishings with incredible heat A little to order All pizza A little just to be served!!! Friendly staff but the wait was too long

Wonderful restaurant with a great view. Prices and food were very acceptable. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. We had dinner outside but also inside seemed to be very cosy. Dogs are allowed which was also great. After dinner we went for a nice stroll in the typical Italian village of Levico Terme. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening!

Excellent service that caters to guests. We were there for one night on our mountain bikes while crossing the Alps. That's why we could only enjoy one evening. The food (spaghetti ale olio and a pizza frutti de mare) in the restaurant was great and inexpensive. The breakfast buffet was also very good and there was also fresh cappuccino. We'd be happy to come back to this area again!

02/01/2025: Perfect experience, we stumbled upon it by mistake and couldn't have expected anything better. A very kind waitress served us, the service was excellent but the food even more so. I highly recommend it, especially if you are staying in the area. We tried the hot dishes, a delicacy! Be careful because they have a menu that depends on lunch or dinner. The dinner menu focuses on pizza (there are few hot dishes) while at lunch they only serve first and second courses, no pizza.
17/12/2024: Nice place and friendly staff, but pizza definitely not up to the high price (almost €7 for a margherita)
