I am a Calabrian pizza chef. I found myself here in Rovereto to take a break before arriving in Germany. I ate the RE SOLE Pizza. I must say that in addition to the professional service and the clean place, the Pizza is truly made with love. Fresh, quality products and the dough has risen to perfection. Keep it up. I can only recommend it to anyone who stops in Rovereto

We stopped for pizza on the way home from a trip and were pleasantly surprised. Clean place, friendly service and we liked the pizza a lot. The raw material is good and the price is right. Advised.

Contrasting experience, menu of a certain "level" but some choices not available, times a little long and dishes too abundant if you try to be gourmet you have to be gourmet all the way and not halfway, I ate well but I don't know if there I'll be back or rather I'll be back to understand if I was wrong.

Pizza per due in questo ristorante roveretano che volevo provare da tempo. Nulla da dire sul locale in sé, un'ottima ristrutturazione che lo rende davvero carino ed originale. Abbiamo ordinato due pizze davvero molto buone e saporite e 4 calici di bollicine. Prezzo 47 euro, in linea. Quello che manca davvero è l'attenzione ai dettagli. Il menù ad esempio è presentato completamente strappato ed il servizio non solo non è attento ma decisamente da migliorare nei toni e nei modi in cui viene proposto. Per distinguersi veramente si deve fare di meglio, e lo deve fare anche un locale con buone potenzialità come questo.
