Campsite with camper, few dedicated pitches for safety reasons, however they bend over backwards to accommodate you. Quiet campsite, always clean, well-stocked market and excellent restaurant. I highly recommend it....and I'll be back again this year!!!

I used to go there every summer, from 1978 to '83, a time now far away... One of the places I remember with the most affection and nostalgia... At that time, in place of the current adjacent hotel there was a dance club that later closed, the Gattopardo... Among other things, I experienced my first sentimental interlude there: dear and charming Simona from Milan, even if it was very difficult, I hope we will meet again one day. At that time the beautiful wooden houses did not exist but I consider them a useful and comfortable addition... In recent times they have also prepared some improvements and expansions of bars and restaurants, it is worth a summer holiday I would say that the Africa campsite has stood the test of time! The narrow road that runs alongside the campsites seems to have improved a little, for too long it was full of holes and depressions that were unacceptable for car traffic! I was also very pleased with the kind availability received at reception: if you come to visit as a non-camper, just leave a valid document and you can visit the campsite for a couple of hours without any costs required... Keep it up! 👍🏖️
