Ristorante Pizzeria Da Tanio In Capoliveri

All good, location in the central square

The food is very good and the prices aren't excessive, considering it's downtown. The only flaw is the service: the staff were friendly, but due to the large crowd, the food took a while to arrive, and we had to repeat some requests to get them fulfilled. We were there on a Wednesday night, so it was crowded, but I can't imagine it would be like a Saturday night, for example.

While we were in Capoliveri, we had dinner at this restaurant one evening. It was a great meal; all the dishes were delicious, and the portions were perfectly adequate for us. The price was also reasonable, and the service was friendly. We would happily return for dinner again.

We were guests at this restaurant/pizzeria this evening, and upon first glance, we weren't disappointed by the menu outside. We were immediately greeted warmly; the place isn't overly large, but one thing that struck us positively was the direct view of the kitchen. The dishes were beautifully presented. We weren't disappointed after tasting them, but we were expecting something more. Unfortunately, the mixed fried fish dish wasn't cooked properly; in fact, the shrimp were fried but completely raw and cold inside. As for the service, it was very chaotic and poorly organized, so much so that after the first course, we had already ordered fried fish, but they brought us the dessert menu. We couldn't fault the friendliness, though. Unfortunately, there are some areas that could be improved!

We had 2 pizzas, they weren't bad but not exceptional either... to sum up... not interesting

The seafood appetizer was good and plentiful. The fried squid and shrimp were very tasty and tender. The two waitresses ran around a lot, moving between the tables, which were too close together.
