What a shame I discovered this restaurant too late!
I really appreciated the generous portions, the quality of the fish, and the skill with which it was prepared.
I personally recommend the octopus and calamari salad and the panciotti stuffed with shrimp and scallops, served with peeled shrimp and a lovely prawn.
I peeked at the neighboring tables: I saw other particularly inviting dishes, so I'll definitely be back to try them!
The prices are fair, and the staff is quick and attentive.

The fish is excellent. There are plenty of options for non fish dishes. The menu is kept simple with not too many options and that reflects on the quality of the food. The octopus portion could be a little bit bigger. The place is a little bit on the pricier side.

On a quiet, slightly hidden street in the Don Bosco neighborhood lies a peaceful, family-run restaurant, a favorite among locals and beyond.
The atmosphere is refined and modern, with a personal touch: the decorative stonework on the walls comes directly from Puglia, brought by the owners.
The pizzas are truly delicious, well-cooked, and with original combinations.
I've tried several pizzas: the Mortadella: tomato, mozzarella, mortadella, burrata, and chopped pistachios; the Bomba: tomato, mozzarella, speck, sweet salami, mushrooms, and gorgonzola; and the delicious fruit pizza: tomato, mozzarella, apples, walnuts, and gorgonzola; the latter is definitely my favorite of the three!
All are balanced in flavor and prepared with care and plenty of toppings.
The prices are fair, in line with the city, and the service is as lively as the owner!
I'll definitely be back to explore the restaurant's specialty section of the menu.

As a Dutch person it took some searching. But this is really worth it. Restaurant and pizzeria of the best quality. Affordable and delicious dishes. If you are in Bolzano make sure you do not skip this place. Do not skip the coffee and the wine great family who is cooking for you here. Compliments for the good care.

A welcoming and familiar atmosphere, perfect for an evening in good company, enjoying good food and cordiality. The menu offers traditional Apulian dishes, prepared with care and fresh ingredients. The fish is truly exquisite, cooked in a simple but tasty way, in full respect of the local cuisine.
Libero pizza is a real delicacy: light dough, quality ingredients and well-balanced flavors.
The dessert section is no exception: we tasted a soft-hearted Caprese cake and a crème brûlée with a perfect crust - both delicious.
The place is very popular, so it is best to book to avoid waiting. An experience that I recommend to those who love authentic cuisine and the warmth of Apulian hospitality.

Recommended by a nearby hotel, I have to say that it was a disappointment, just consider that it was Sunday and the place was empty. The two of us take pizza and a cut of meat. What can I say, both are disappointing. Rubbery pizza, cut greasy with oil and hard... To be reviewed
