The cuisine is a mix of Italian tradition and Asian influences, particularly Thai, with proposals ranging from Apulian focaccia with stracciatella to tuna fillet with wasabi. The staff is courteous and professional, and helps make the overall experience pleasant. However, as much as I appreciate the level of cuisine, I prefer places that manage to blend influences into a more fusion identity, rather than presenting two separate gastronomic lines. However, Zenzero remains a good choice for those who want to try original and well-prepared dishes, in an environment that can make you feel at ease. Ideal for those who have no clear preferences between the two cuisine options and are looking for variety and quality.
