Mrs. Giovanna is a force of nature, the food is excellent, the service very good, various fish dishes, fair prices for the offer proposed. The place has been renovated, much nicer, not very big so I recommend booking. Last but not least, the bread was fantastic...

Informal place but always very clean and with an open kitchen. The food is always fresh and good, the fish dishes are very well prepared. The menu is not very varied but in my opinion it is preferable to offer few dishes but done well. The staff is "special" but always very present in the service. The pizza chef has changed and for my taste the pizza is better: crunchy and well cooked, well stuffed. Excellent.

Family-run environment, very welcoming. Pizza is not their strong point and the caprese had cherry tomatoes that were a little old, but they certainly make up for it with the fish dishes which are EXCELLENT! Recommended for anyone in Bolzano who wants to eat fish cooked with love, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Always a certainty.. Family run, always kind, very good fish dishes especially the seafood pasta, pizza and first courses.. honest prices.. I always recommend it, with reservation!

We ate at Libero a few days ago, I'll start by saying that I don't like going to gourmet restaurants, I prefer "old fashioned" restaurants... like this one... You shouldn't expect "white glove treatment" but a brazenly kind relationship, the customer is treated in proportion to his education, a quality that I appreciate and which cannot be attributed to other even more refined places where the silly rule of "the customer is always right." Having said that, the food is good, I found the table service very satisfying and courteous, with a good quality/price ratio. A nice place to spend an evening in a simple and pleasant place, which is a bit reminiscent of the behavioral style of the 90s where you can eat in the outdoor area (in a covered area) or inside in a renovated and very well-kept environment. In my opinion it is a simply pleasant place, we will definitely return.

23/10/2024: Am sichersten ist es, einen Platz zu reservieren. Besonders für den Fischtag am Freitag sollte dies rechtzeitig geschehen. Als Aperitif gab es wie immer einen Veneziano. Die Einrichtung und die Küche ist authentisch italienisch. Wir hatten bei unseren beiden Besuchen Pizza, ein Entrecote mit Pommes bzw. ein gegrilltes Rinderfilet mit Pommes. Es war immer eine recht große Portion, und alles war gut und recht preiswert. Wir konnten uns dann nicht beherrschen und bestellten noch das Tris Dessert (hier kann man auf Nachfrage sich auch die drei Desserts auswählen). Sie waren sehr gut, wobei das Amaretto-Halbgefrorene in meinen Augen etwas abfiel. Nur war es wieder einfach zu viel. Die Qualität des Service ist ok, allerdings auch etwas wechselhaft. Man muss halt manchmal auf sich aufmerksam machen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut!
06/10/2024: Tolles italienisches Flair, mit klassischen Pizzen zum fairen Preis. Authentischer Servicemitarbeiter. Leider kein direkter Parkplatz.

22/11/2024: Zenzero is a welcoming and well-kept place, perfect for those looking for well-executed dishes in a relaxing atmosphere. The cuisine is a mix of Italian tradition and Asian influences, particularly Thai, with proposals ranging from Apulian focaccia with stracciatella to tuna fillet with wasabi. The quality of the ingredients can be felt in every dish, and the attention to presentation is always impeccable. However, as much as I appreciate the level of cuisine, I prefer places that manage to blend influences into a more fusion identity, rather than presenting two separate gastronomic lines. Ideal for those who have no clear preferences between the two cuisine options and are looking for variety and quality.
12/10/2024: Oriental or southern / Bari cuisine. Courteous staff. In summer also places outside. Good prices
