A simple location... very intimate yet welcoming. For my first course, I chose focaccia with radicchio, gorgonzola, and walnuts. Followed by a dish of typical Mantua pumpkin ravioli, which were delicious. For dessert, I couldn't miss a taste of brisolona with zabaglione. Never stop at appearances, which may seem unappealing... They can surprise you 😉

Highly recommended; the prices and service are unbeatable! We visited almost every bar and restaurant in 10 days, and this is the number one in the entire city! Affordable and friendly.

We stopped at Gigi's for lunch during a day trip to Mantua. The welcome was warm and the service friendly. The appetizers were truly excellent, carefully prepared and rich in flavor. The Mantuan rice, while good, seemed made-to-order and slightly overcooked for my taste. Overall, however, the food was good quality and the value for money deserves a solid 4 out of 5 stars.
