What can I say, I have known Zia Catofio since 1980 and, despite the various vicissitudes, it has remained the same. Lost weight but the same. The food is truly of excellent quality, with the grilled meat unparalleled in terms of goodness and cooking. The family and informal environment is a gateway to good food and drinking strictly local, quality white wine. We were pleasantly surprised because time seems to have stopped in the 80s. Well done Uncle Catofio in recovering the spirit of those years with those beautiful cantatas that have always pleasantly characterized you. I applaud the fast and punctual service with well-proportioned and, I repeat, excellently made dishes.👏👏👏

Family atmosphere....it really feels like being at home...😁💪....Zi Catofio who entertains his customers with songs (great singing ability...excellent voice)...jokes..jokes...really good food...very generous dishes...low prices! Excellent environment for those who love simplicity..🔝🔝

I stopped for lunch in this place with my family, after a visit to the Etruscan necropolis nearby, and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. Starters a little scarce but excellent first course and plentiful as well as the meat, good house wine, perhaps even better than the wine of some renowned winery which only has the name as good. Courteous staff attentive to customer needs, cheap prices with an excellent value for money. Worthy of note is the owner, a lover of singing, who, while preparing various roasts and grills, ranges through different musical genres from the Italian 50s, 60s and 70s, excellent voice, compliments. Super recommended

02/07/2025: Trattoria or restaurant with an excellent location, along the Cassia. This is, I think, the real strong point and the reason why I gave it the third star. For everything else: acceptable food but without anything exceptional, special or interesting as a link to the territory. Traditional cuisine without particular attention to detail, good enough for a passing meal. Fixed 80s style environment, elements a little old and shabby, starting from the physical menu. Overall, I don't recommend it if you are passing through because it is convenient, but if you have the time and the means, I would look for something else.

10/05/2025: Per il mio compleanno di 50 anni ho scelto il Parco dei Cimini Bio Resorr. È stata una giornata meravigliosa! Un pranzo organizzato alla perfezione... cibo di qualità, servizio impeccabile con camerieri professionali,disponibili e sempre pronti per le richieste più particolari. La torta Moretta eccezionale...gli ospiti hanno preso il bis come per tutti i piatti del pranzo. E poi... il Salotto artistico presente all’interno del ristorante è stato una meraviglia ed ha incantato tutti gli invitati. Il Salotto artistico è stato personalizzato con tavoli apparecchiati con runner avorio, composizioni di fiori di campo, sottopiatti in argento e dischi a tema per indicare il nome del tavolo. Il tableau è stato una sorpresa che ci ha lasciato senza parole... tema CANZONI DI VASCO ROSSI... è stato realizzato con dischi di Vasco applicati ad un separé in legno accanto ad un pianoforte ed una chitarra...meraviglioso!!! Le due sale riservate alla mia festa sono state curate con raffinatezza ed accuratezza, tanto da ricevere continui complimenti dagli invitati.Abbiamo ballato e cantato, accompagnati da due musicisti. Avevamo già festeggiato al Parco dei Cimini la comunione di mio figlio e questa volta è stata solamente una conferma. Ringrazio di cuore Lorella, Simona, Isabella, lo Chef e tutto il personale attento e professionale. Con immenso affetto Arianna
