We had the pizza, which was delicious. The crust is soft, with a medium-high crust, but perfectly balanced—perhaps the best in the area. Friendly staff, classic, tidy, and spacious atmosphere.

We dropped by Da Carlos to have a meal before we go for a wine tasting. Lovely atmosphere and the wait staff are attentive. We were greeted, seated and “waited on” by Sandra. We were very pleased with our experience and would love to return another day when our schedule permits. Grazie mille Sandra! 🙏🏼

What can I say... simply extraordinary! This pizzeria/restaurant is a true gem, one of those places that stays in your heart and where you can't wait to return. As soon as we entered, we were greeted with a smile and a kindness that is rare these days. The place is meticulously designed, warm and welcoming, perfect for a romantic dinner or an evening with friends or family. The pizza? One of the best I've ever eaten! The dough is light, well-leavened, with a crispy exterior that perfectly complements the soft interior. The ingredients are visibly top-quality: from the sweet cherry tomatoes to the stringy mozzarella, every bite is an explosion of flavor. I've also tried a couple of dishes from the kitchen and I can assure you that the quality remains top-notch: generous portions, meticulously presented, and authentic flavors that speak of tradition but with a truly interesting creative touch. The service is impeccable: the staff is attentive, helpful, friendly, but never intrusive. You can sense a true passion throughout the entire staff, from the kitchen to the dining room, and that really makes the difference. In short, a culinary experience I enthusiastically recommend to anyone who loves good food and well-being. It's one of those places where you feel pampered from start to finish. 28/02/2026: Comfortable hotel with kind, welcoming owners who are always available to meet any needs. Excellent cuisine, including gluten-free options. We were welcomed and pampered, especially by dear Nelli, who, despite being the only one serving dinner, was always impeccably precise and super kind. We hope to see the same staff again next year! 😊

24/01/2026: Our stay at Romantik Hotel Santer was absolutely wonderful! 🌟 From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and friendly staff who welcomed us with genuine hospitality — and many of them speak multiple languages, including Russian, which made communication effortless. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better — right beside the Nordic Arena, making it an ideal base for cross-country skiing. You can literally step out the door and onto the trails. It’s also perfect for hiking and trail running in the surrounding Dolomites, with beautiful mountain routes starting nearby. One of the standout features of the hotel for us was the well-designed ski storage and preparation rooms — super convenient after long days on the snow. The spa and wellness area is absolutely exceptional! With a variety of saunas, relaxation zones, an indoor pool, and two heated outdoor pools, this place is every athlete’s dream for post-training recovery. And speaking of experiences — the food here is truly remarkable! We spent a week at the hotel, and every meal was different, creative, and incredibly delicious. The presentation was so refined that even high-end restaurants would be proud. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Every detail — from the professional service and perfect location to the spa and cuisine — made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend Romantik Hotel Santer, and if we get the chance, we’ll definitely stay here again! ✨⛷️🏔️
03/01/2026: We spent 9 days over Christmas and New Year's Eve. The room and spa were excellent. The food wasn't up to par with the place (the New Year's Eve dinner was mediocre). It wouldn't take much to improve.
