On a November evening when practically everything in northern Gallura is closed, Pizzeria Caltinu in Palau is like a beacon for sailors at night! Very good food; the pizza dough surprised me with its lightness and flavor! The service is quick and friendly, and the bill was equally surprising. I've finally found a winter refuge where I can enjoy excellent pizza at lunchtime and in the evening! Congratulations, Caltinu 🤩

We went there for lunch. We found the place last minute, but I have to say it's a good value.

Welcoming place and very friendly staff. Given the influx of young groups, I recommend making a reservation. For dinner, we opted for a pizza for four people. When I asked for a red beer, I discovered that the selection was limited to two local beers... The pizza, a vegetarian one, was thin, dry, difficult to cut, and the vegetables were so thinly sliced ​​they were transparent... The atmosphere was a bit noisy, with poorly arranged tables and chairs, and the presence of a large TV screen, fortunately with the volume turned down, immediately made it clear what kind of place it is. I was able to browse the menu for the restaurant's dishes... I can't comment on that. The place provides a ramp for disabled access. Parking is limited in the area. Overall, the quality/price ratio is acceptable. It's a matter of taste. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it for pizza.
