We dined outside, having booked ahead of time; otherwise, we wouldn't have found a table.
We were lucky because we enjoyed three first courses because the waitress, according to us, they were the best we could order from a wider selection on the menu (we didn't like this, but as they say, stick the pacifier where the boss wants it), even though it meant the boss would earn less. Perhaps it was their choice due to kitchen management, even though 90% of the tables around us were eating pizza.
For the second courses, one of the local traditions (the sfrionzola) was definitely worth a try, but you might like it, while the Florentine steak wasn't good, but it wasn't exceptional. The latter was a bit overpriced for its quality.
Three first courses, two second courses, a side dish, two waters, and a dark beer. Our courses
The service, consisting of three staff members, forgot to bring us salt, after the first one had repeatedly requested it. The second one didn't allow us to order more than three types of first courses (she must have had her reasons), but for a tourist coming from far away and paying, it's not nice to impose such conditions. The last staff member was always smiling, kind, and, above all, patient in recommending and explaining the traditional local dishes.
I can't judge the restaurant itself, as we ate outside in the dim light.
All in all, try it and be your own judgement.
I've told you about our experience, that is, five people on a country holiday for dinner.
