Ristorante Pizzeria Colonia In Casalbuono

Pizzeria restaurant located on the main road to Montesano, two hundred meters from the Buonabitacolo highway exit. The vintage sign appears faded by time, with a dull yellow light. At the entrance, a counter that serves as a bar, surrounded by a few tables with red tablecloths. In front of the entrance is the pizza oven, and a very courteous non-Italian waitress seats us. There were only two tables eating, and we ordered the Margherita pizza, which arrived ten minutes after ordering. The dough seems to have been made with milk, or oil, because it tears easily, the oven didn't reach the ideal temperature, and the colored part underneath is missing. It's not the best, but not terrible either, and the surprise is the very low bill. If you're looking for something quick, this is the place for you. Ready to go.
