Ristorante Pizzeria CollediSisto In Pomarico

Con un gruppo di amici abbiamo deciso di passare un week end a Matera. La scoperta, quasi per caso, di questo favoloso agriturismo ha lasciato il segno. L’ agriturismo è dotato di ristorante con pizzeria e camere per passare la notte. Cena super magnifica (antipasto di salumi e formaggi, trofie con funghi e salsiccia, orecchiette con polpette al sugo, salsiccia arrosto ed un favoloso diaframma di cavallo) e notte passata benissimo ospiti di stanze ampie e pulitissime. Super consigliato.

Tempi di attesa un pochino lunghi, buona la tagliata...location accogliente. Da tornarci ogni tanto,soprattutto per godersi la parmigiana...

Informal and refined environment. Very good cuisine, traditional dishes with a choice of fish and meat. Friendly and courteous staff. We stayed one night in one of the rooms of the structure, as in addition to the restaurant there is also a b&b... clean and large room, very particular color combinations! The breakfast could be revised, perhaps adding a little something. For the rest, everything is excellent!

Today, after 15 years, I had the opportunity to have lunch in this place and I can say that, fortunately, it hasn't changed at all. Very kind waiter and helpful staff. Even though we arrived at 2.30pm, they gave us the opportunity to have lunch. The meat carpaccio and the pignata with meat sauce are absolutely worth trying; fabulous!!! I definitely won't wait another 15 years to go back. Very good prices!

Very large and welcoming restaurant, with a very large and cool summer veranda given the location on top of a hill. Recommended by friends for horse meat. We took a bit of everything (horse themed) and were more than satisfied. Each course was plentiful and superb, cooked to perfection, service impeccable and very courteous. Note of merit for the highly recommended piñata. Very clean bathrooms (and that's not to be taken for granted). Incredible price quality! In short, unmissable!

Excellent food (from starters to pizza and dessert), impeccable and efficient service, very friendly and professional staff.

Nice place easily accessible. The dishes are good and plentiful. Good quality/price ratio.

Excellent Italian cuisine restaurant. Good dishes at very competitive prices, keep in mind that the place is located in a town that is not exactly touristy.

Unfortunately I don't have photos of the shared dishes, but they were all excellent, worth returning for an excellent evening with friends. Advise.
