Ristorante Pizzeria Cin Cin In

We went for lunch after many years. The food was quite good for the price, and the atmosphere was quite informal, although a little noisy considering it was Sunday. We had a pizza from the full seafood menu, which included a seafood appetizer, seafood scialatielli, green salad, and mixed fried fish, plus a first course of spaghetti with clams. A bottle of water, a soft drink, and half a liter of wine were also included. All for €60. I think that's more than fair. The pizza was good, a little too oily, but easy to digest. The scialatielli were a little too salty. Anyway, we ate well. Small adjustments for improvement. The wait staff was polite but not overly friendly, except for one young woman, who I think is a regular at the restaurant, and who was short and a little on the plump side. There's plenty of space both inside and out. I think it's very nice to eat outside in the summer. Kind and friendly.

Un’esperienza culinaria da ricordare al ristorante Cin Cin di Mondragone! La prenotazione è stata facile e veloce tramite WhatsApp: risposta immediata e massima disponibilità. Arrivati al locale, ci ha accolto un'atmosfera vivace, con il ristorante pieno — segno evidente della fiducia che i clienti ripongono in questo posto. Nonostante il pienone, il servizio è stato attento, educato e sempre sorridente. Abbiamo iniziato con uno scialatiello allo scoglio: pasta fresca, perfettamente al dente, avvolta da un sugo ricco di frutti di mare freschissimi e saporiti. A seguire una frittura di mare leggera e croccante, e infine un pesce grigliato dalla cottura impeccabile, che esaltava la qualità straordinaria della materia prima. A conclusione del pasto, non potevamo rinunciare a un dolce: la celebre Delizia al Limone. Una cupoletta soffice e profumata, ripiena di una delicatissima crema al limone, fresca e vellutata, che sprigionava tutto il profumo intenso degli agrumi locali. Un vero tripudio di dolcezza e freschezza, perfetto per chiudere in bellezza una cena memorabile. Il conto è stato assolutamente onesto, proporzionato alla qualità e alla quantità di quanto degustato. Un ristorante dove tradizione, qualità e cortesia si incontrano in un equilibrio perfetto. Voto: 10 e lode! Consigliatissimo per chi ama il buon cibo e il vero sapore del mare!
