Ristorante Pizzeria Carpe Diem In Serra san bruno

Last night, for the first time we went up to Serra San Bruno. For the mushroom festival, we decided to go and eat a pizza in a pizzeria, in the end we inquired about it from some passers-by and they pointed this pizzeria out to us. We went in and we immediately had a great impression 🥰 of the beautiful place, kept tidy and clean. We took a seat at the table of the lovely welcome in the room and ordered pizza and a first course. I tasted the pizza, it was super good, thin and light, even the first course was excellent. My rating was 10. However, when we got to the cashier, the owner asked us, "Is everything okay?" Yes, everything is fine, congratulations. For everything, my rating is 10🥰 and he started to say kind thanks 🥰 we will be back soon, best regards.

The food was quite good; I ordered a pizza, and both the dough and the sauce were decent. The only downside is the service. Nothing against the two girls who served us; they did their best, but it was fundamentally poorly managed. We waited 50 minutes for a pizza, while people who arrived after us but had ordered takeout were served. Other tables also waited quite a while for their food. This is a completely unremarkable issue and needs to be addressed.

The owner is very kind....I always take the pizza to go and I can assure you that it is really good and super filling....I highly recommend it
