Ristorante Pizzeria Caligola In Cecina

"Update" Went back a year later and was totally thrilled again. It was a fantastic evening in this restaurant. We drove past by chance on the way back from a walk on the beach and it spoke to us straight away. We were greeted very friendly and our dog was given water straight away. First we ordered the vegetarian starter plate, which was so good that we would have had it as a main course. My husband then had Pizza Funghi and I had the ravioli with rocket pesto. Both simply divine. For dessert we had tiramisu and crema Catalan. Also delicious. The chef not only prepares the dishes magnificently, but also prepares them to be a feast for the eyes. Really great culinary art! The service is perfect. Later we were alone and our dog was allowed to run free. We had such a great time. Thank you very much for that and also for the limoncello as we say goodbye. We will definitely come back. ♥️

Had lunch on the occasion of a commemoration, and so we had a large table. Good service, not very fast but attentive. Average food, nothing outstanding, but all reasonably good. Fairly spartan environment.

Delicious pizza at an amazing price, red wine and a bottle of water for €12 including coperto.

Excellent for a dinner with friends, large welcoming room. The fish starter is very good and the seafood risotto is equally good. The pizza served to some diners was much appreciated. Very friendly and helpful staff, fast service even though we were a group of around 30 people. The bill was normal. Dogs are welcome. We will definitely be back.

Locale interessante vicino la nostra nuova abitazione, ci passavamo sempre davanti ma non ci siamo mai fermati. Abbiamo deciso con amici di provarlo. Location gradevole, personale veloce, gentile e preparato, nulla da dire sul servizio. proposta del menù semplice. Porzioni normali, ci si aspettava qualcosa di più. antipasto di mare un po’ scarso come gusto e quantità. Prezzi nella media (di ristoranti vista mare), qualcosina in meno e sarebbe una valida alternativa al caos del lungomare.

Wir kehrten ohne Reservierung an einem Montag Abend in den Lokal ein. Das Abendessen für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder war preiswert und gut. Der Anti Pasti Teller war absolut ausreichend für 2 Personen mit diversen Köstlichkeiten. Der lokale, frische Fisch mundete genauso wie der Hauswein. Zur Abrundung gab es für die Eltern zwei feine, leckere Crema Catalana. Der Limoncello ging aufs Haus. Der Service war aufmerksam und nett. Was will man mehr für 100€ Gesamtkosten. Tip Top.
