We had a family weekend away in Trento. Since one of my brothers and I are celiac, we found this place on the AIC handbook. It was a fantastic discovery, the name of the restaurant was already very inviting, but the moment we arrived we were even more enthusiastic. Really very nice place, elegant and very spacious. We ate a really delicious gluten-free pizza, with a thick crust just like we like it. We complimented the managers of the place because it is always difficult to find gluten-free pizzas that are really good, most places use the frozen base. They stand out since they don't use ready-made bases, for this reason alone they deserve even more stars. If you happen to be in Trento, I absolutely recommend this place to those who are celiac first and foremost (you won't be disappointed) and then also to everyone else since the dishes are all well presented and very inviting. The owners of the place are very friendly, the service is efficient and super fast. If we are in the area again we will definitely be back. Thank you again for your impeccable service from start to finish.

They invited me and I was surprised, very beautiful place, very quick service, I chose the pizza, very good. For parking there is the Autosilo. To return.

Nice restaurant with very tasty food. If you are looking for a calm and cozy place with a small number of visitors, then this is the place for you. Also open on Mondays. The menu and wine list are very varied. There are meat and fish dishes

I had the pleasure of dining in this restaurant in the heart of Trento and I must say that it was an impeccable experience. The structure is spacious, modern and welcoming, perfect for a group dinner. Convenient parking nearby is a big plus, especially in a central area like this. The staff was fantastic: kind, attentive and ready to satisfy every request. The quality of the food is excellent: the pizza is truly divine, with fresh ingredients and perfect cooking. But the real top are the risottos: an explosion of flavors that won us all over. The service was top notch, quick and always courteous, and the atmosphere of the place makes the experience even more pleasant. I can't wait to return for another evening of good food and impeccable service. Highly recommended!

Agriturismo Mas del Saro

02/12/2024: Mas Del Saro can be reached from Pergine Valsugana by first taking the road that leads to Sant'Orsola and then the provincial road that leads to Baselga di Pinè, on which after 5/6 curves you turn right onto a road that ends right in front of the Maso. You can't find it by chance, but you have to want to get there. Not an impossible feat anyway. You immediately notice the vegetable garden with its greenhouse and the black cabbage which we actually tasted afterwards, a pergola with a table which is where you can eat in the summer when the weather allows it, and it must be nice to be at the table, the hives, the door that leads to the restaurant room. Which was chosen by Giulia, my partner, identified following indications that tell of a special, peaceful place, animated by people who are radically passionate and dedicated to their work. A commitment made of welcome, restitution/testimony of mountain life, authentic seasonal cuisine with home-produced ingredients, meeting. What a family needs after a long day spent between the glittering circus of the Merano Wine Festival (the father, that is, the writer) and the Merano Thermal Baths (the rest of the family and then also the father) and before returning home . What we found was exactly what had persuaded us to go in the stories. Vea, cook and expert baker, and Dario, mountain and wine enthusiast as well as Bauer del Maso, are participating and discreet guests in guiding through the proposed itinerary which, made up of dishes with flavors that to define simple is perhaps an understatement and which therefore I could define "carefully simple" and above all clear, the taste is entirely evident, from the opening dish to the artisanal mountain pine liqueur, a hymn to the truthfulness of the ingredients and to the creativity of a cuisine that is not poor, but deliberately pertaining to a tradition in which abundance was certainly not the protagonist. The menu therefore included Pinsotti with speck and lard from neighboring companies and "live" cabbage seasoned with apple vinegar, a truly tasty black cabbage and bean soup that betrays a part of Tuscanness, the button stuffed with guinea fowl in vegetable broth and lovage which is rigorous, melting and delicate, the buckwheat crumble with vegetables and pork which mixes flavors and textures with lightness and naturalness. The proposal is completed by a selection of territorial and quality-oriented wines with fair prices. Just as fair, I find the price of the menu plus the not very common merit of clarity. Memorable at the time of the digestive, even if it has nothing to do with eating, is the sudden change in brightness due to the disappearance of the sun behind the hill that flanks the Maso.

02/11/2024: Il pranzo al ristorante Alfio Ghezzi al Mart di Rovereto è stato un'esperienza indimenticabile. Matteo, il nostro maître, ha giocato un ruolo cruciale nell'arricchire la nostra visita. Sempre disponibile e competente, ha saputo guidarci attraverso un menu che celebra i prodotti tipici trentini con grande maestria. La cucina raffinata e l'uso sapiente di ingredienti locali hanno reso ogni portata un viaggio di sapori autentici. Accompagnare il pasto con un'ottima bollicina del Garda è stato il tocco finale che ha reso il tutto perfetto. Un vero gioiello nel cuore di Rovereto! 🌟
09/09/2024: Non mi sarei aspettato di trovare un ristorante di livello in un museo, e invece...sorpresa!Locale con atmosfera soft, arredamento rivisitato che richiama il primo novecento (colori oro, blu, rosso), ottime sedie di Franco Albini, posate Giò Ponti. Abbiamo provato canederli e uno spaghetto ai finferli, per me davvero ottimi. Strudel, bunet alla pesca e amaretti e dolce al rabarbaro eccellenti. Servizio veloce ed estremamente professionale. Prezzi assolutamente in linea con la qualità offerta. Consigliatissimo!
