Pizzeria Ristorante Dolly is a true gem in Sant'Antioco! I ordered a pizza, and it was absolutely delicious. The dough was perfectly thin, yet not flaky, with slightly crispy edges. The tomato sauce was intense and fresh, with a noticeable herbal aroma. The cheese was melted just right, with a golden crust; every bite literally melted in your mouth. The toppings tasted as if they had just been prepared. The service was very attentive, the atmosphere was cozy, and the pizza was served quickly and piping hot. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to try true Italian pizza in Sant'Antioco. Dolly is pure masterpiece!

Delicious and friendly. Good value for money.

Saturday evening. My friends and I booked a table inside for 8:30 pm. Everything was fine until they took forever to take our order; they only noticed us after a wave of the hand. We ordered drinks (three Cokes), a portion of fries, and three pizzas. The fries arrived before the drinks. The drinks arrived incorrectly. The pizzas arrived an hour after we ordered. While we waited, we saw the waiters looking agitated, disorganized, and expressing disapproval of one of their colleagues' mistakes. A rather embarrassing situation, because it's not nice for customers to see certain faces and hear certain exclamations. Poor service. However, the pizzas were very good (9/10), although one arrived incorrectly, with the shrimp unpeeled (tip: at least peel the shells). The water then leaked out while we were waiting to peel them, soaking some slices of pizza. We didn't even bring a plate to put the shells on. The fries were also excellent. It's a shame we don't live in Sant'Antioco for takeout, because the pizzas are truly delicious and worth trying them all.

Exceptional place. Friendly and friendly staff. We ate delicious pizzas, the Nico and the Dolly, both excellent, with excellent dough. For the first course, paccheri with shrimp and zucchini were exceptional. The price was reasonable. Highly recommended. I'll definitely be back.

Pizzeria con tavoli dentro e fuori un po' fuori dal centro del paese. Pizza di discreta qualità, tempi veloci, servizio gentile, ma la digestione è stata laboriosa. Prezzi medi. Tavoli esterni molto alla buona. Propongono anche piatti du cucina che non abbiamo assaggiato. Nel complesso va bene anche perchè non ci sono molte altre pizzerie aperte in maggio.
