Located in the hamlet of Misano Monte in a panoramic place from which you can see the sea, it is an elegant restaurant where you can enjoy pizzas with special doughs that are highly digestible and leavened for a long time.
Also very good are the bread and breadsticks that are always brought as an entrée.
Absolutely to try at least once!

Very good service, but the cover charge is high—€2.50 per person—but it's offset by the various extras offered, such as fruit, cured meats, licorice, limoncello, and tart. The pizza is good, and the food is okay.

A very good meal in this superb restaurant. The pizzas are delicious with a pleasant welcome. We were well received and quickly at the table. Despite the wait for my daughters' pasta bolognese, the pizzas arrived quickly. The panna cotta was delicious. After dessert, watermelon and limoncello were served. I totally recommend this restaurant. Coming from France, we were very happy to have been able to eat these incredible, well-made pizzas. Thank you very much.

We went to Al Colle a few days ago.....a very beautiful place, so much so that I thought they could also celebrate weddings.... anyway, a wonderful welcome.... the pizzas are VERY GOOD (I had the one with raw ham, stracchino and figs (a fig!!, already discussed with the pizza chef 😂😂) but very light and delicious).... Mmmmm the only flaw is the sloping stairs which are dangerous for my operated knee 😒😒...

J’y suis déjà venu plusieurs fois et à chaque fois, c’est un sans-faute ! Leurs pizzas sont tout simplement exceptionnelles. La pâte est une merveille : pétrie avec passion, elle gonfle parfaitement à la cuisson, légère, aérée, croustillante sur les bords… une vraie tuerie. On sent que tout est fait maison avec des produits frais de qualité.
Les saveurs sont authentiques, généreuses, et chaque bouchée nous transporte en Italie. L’accueil est toujours chaleureux, l’équipe souriante et attentionnée. C’est devenu mon adresse incontournable pour une vraie pizza italienne.
Un grand bravo à toute l’équipe !
