We went to the newly managed pizzeria "Al Casolare", a warm and welcoming environment, clean and tidy. Greeted at the entrance by the two sisters Ilaria and Marta, with a beautiful smile, very kind and professional. The pizza was excellent, compliments to the chef; delicious desserts (own production), we felt at home. I recommend everyone to try it.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante dopo il cambio gestione. Locale dotato di parcheggio interno e spazioso e accetta anche prenotazioni. Siamo arrivati alle 21 di sabato sera e ci siamo subito accomodati e abbiamo deciso di provare la pizza che ci sembrava invitante vedendo le foto sui social. Come antipasto abbiamo preso due frittatine, una classica e una special (mortadella e pistacchio ma ci hanno detto che cambia sempre) che erano veramente buone e la frittura era asciuttissima. Per quanto riguarda le pizze abbiamo ordinato una Terra Mia e una fritta classica e abbiamo trovato l’impasto leggerissimo (digerito subito) e gli ingredienti di qualità. Personale cordiale e qualificato e prezzi onesti, sicuramente ci ritorneremo provando anche il menù ristorante poiché ci siamo trovati benissimo.

A special evening at the new “Al Casolare”.
We had dinner at the Al Casolare restaurant last night, attracted by the recent new family-run management. Our table, booked for 9.30pm, was the starting point of a truly unforgettable culinary experience.
At the entrance, Ilaria welcomed us, extremely friendly, and seated us with the help of Marta, her sister, equally friendly and professional. The place is impeccable: clean, tidy and surrounded by a warm atmosphere, with pleasant Christmas music piped in which made everything even more welcoming.
We chose the restaurant menu and started with a tasting of appetizers: sausage and broccoli gateaux, aubergine parmigiana with provola fondue, stuffed pepper, fried meatballs and a delicious cacio e pepe version. Each dish was a riot of flavours, a truly promising start!
As first courses, we tried two specialties: gnocco stuffed with meat sauce (on Marta's recommendation, which turned out to be excellent) and pasta and potatoes, a real treat for the palate. Next, we shared a 240g slice of meat with rocket, confit cherry tomatoes, parmesan flakes and a refined port reduction. The meat was so tender you almost didn't need a knife!
We concluded the dinner with a homemade dessert, a truly delicious chocolate caprese and two coffees. Each course was taken care of in detail, with very fresh and quality ingredients.
Special praise goes to the chef, young and enterprising, who surprised us by personally coming to the tables to find out how we had got on. Thanks to the glass window that separates the room from the kitchen, it is possible to see him at work, adding a touch of authenticity and transparency to the experience.
We left full but never weighed down, a sign of genuine and well-balanced cuisine. Congratulations to all the Al Casolare staff! We will definitely return to savor other delights of this little family jewel.

Very positive experience to try again without a doubt. Very nice place with attention to the smallest details. Efficient, helpful and kind staff. The chef, in addition to being very nice, is also very attentive in the preparation of the dishes, all very very good starting from the appetizers to the dessert.
I will return without a doubt and I highly recommend it. Everything was excellent. Absolutely worth trying
