On the unfortunate evening of August 14th, when the rain was hampering the conviviality and the lack of professionalism of other restaurateurs made matters worse, we found refuge at Pinguino! First of all, I must emphasize that they seated two of the people who dined with me, even though the table wasn't full, and they waited patiently and kindly for the other diners to arrive! The atmosphere in which we sat was elegant, unpretentious, and extremely welcoming! The waiters proved, once again, courteous and knowledgeable, guiding us through our drink and food choices without being intrusive! The pizzas we savored had an excellent dough with a nice texture, and what's more, they didn't bother us at all the next day; the rich toppings allowed each flavor to stand out, maintaining perfect balance! As we left, we immediately wanted to try the rest of the menu.
