An excellent, traditional Emilian lunch at this restaurant, nestled in a very quiet and characteristic setting, with a lovely garden and outdoor space. The interior is very warm and bright. The service was impeccable. To start, they offer a self-serve platter of bread and salami—a wonderful idea. We ordered two glasses of red wine, a cold cuts appetizer accompanied by gnocco fritto (fried cake in Parma), and another main course. My risotto was balanced in flavor, and my boyfriend's meat was excellent.

The idea of the professional grill with wheels is a good one, but unfortunately, some pieces of meat, which I assume were horse meat, were bitter and overcooked. The others were decent.
The mezzanine area should be better organized to accommodate company presentations.

Excellent restaurant in the countryside not far from Parma.
A farmhouse surrounded by a beautiful park that allows for outdoor lunch/dinner in the summer.
Inside, the atmosphere is modern with large windows overlooking the garden.
Before the appetizer, a small strolghino (a typical Italian sausage) is offered while you wait.
The appetizer consisted of excellent cured meats (exquisite Parma ham, coppa, and salami) with a basket of light, non-greasy torta fritta (fried cake). The artichoke pudding was light and flavorful, but a bit too dry.
For the first course, an excellent porcini mushroom risotto with asparagus and culatello. The flavors were well-balanced, though the rice was slightly undercooked, but still delicious. There were also tortelli d'erbetta (fresh herbs) and other tortelli, all seasoned with clarified butter.
For the second course, the menu offered an excellent selection of grilled meats.
For dessert, we had a sbrisolona cake with excellent custard (the restaurant's signature dish).
Friendly and attentive service.
Average prices. Convenient parking with plenty of spaces.

Bright restaurant with tables spaced appropriately apart.
Comfortable atmosphere.
We skipped appetizers and went straight to the first and second courses.
All the dishes were carefully prepared and excellent.

Of course, the price increases depending on what you drink.

A very charming location in an old courtyard near Parma. Comfortable, well-spaced tables, the only issue being the choice to forgo tablecloths in favor of a personalized metal placemat, undoubtedly to enhance the aesthetics of the tables, which are actually very beautiful. As for the quality of the food, the excellent cured meats are above average, with an excellent torta fritta. Lambrusco is served with a very fair markup, followed by excellent anolini in capon broth, and excellent ravioli, tagliolini, and other first courses. Among the second courses, the guanciale is very good, the guinea fowl is interesting, but the duck is questionable, with its skin not being crispy enough. Worth a visit.

Beautiful venue. Excellent food, in a quiet, natural setting with beautiful light from the large windows.
The service was good; the waitress who served us was incredibly kind, but the waiter who cleared our plates and served us the wine was very rude.
