03/01/2025: Excellent location, right in the center of the town, a stone's throw from the Pejo spa. Pejo is a small village, I would say one street..
Spacious room but nothing special. No samples, no shampoo, no shower cap... a 4 star hotel should at least provide what is mentioned (I have been working as a
front office manager so I know what I'm talking about)
The wellness area, on the other hand, is nice and well maintained.
Room cleaning good and punctual every morning.
I would define the breakfast buffet as poor for a 4 star, with the same things every day, but we still accepted...
As for dinner, however, nothing to say, very good despite the portions being small.
New Year's Eve dinner failed.. more than 4 hours at the table impossible, with live "music" sometimes annoying.. I would recommend organizing a bingo or games that involve all the people in the room so the time will certainly pass better..
Nice and helpful waitress.
However, I would like to point out the check-in, we were only given the room key without having explained anything to us, we had to do a bit of discovery (where the spa is, the restaurant...) and above all the opening hours (fortunately there were sheets in the room).
Staff are friendly but very detached.
I don't know if I would go back, especially for having paid a lot for 4 days..
02/01/2025: We spent New Year's Eve at the Alpino hotel: we took advantage of all the services offered by the structure, from massages to relaxation in the wellness area, which we were very satisfied with after a day of skiing. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the dinners of a high standard. The rooms are cleaned carefully every day. You can reach the ski lifts in 5 minutes on foot.
A hotel with 4-star services, made even more special by the warmth and care that Katia and her family put into management.
