The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, encompassing a delightful range of dishes that left us thoroughly satisfied each night.
Night 1: Pizza
The first night set the tone with a mouthwatering selection of pizzas. The pizzas were perfectly crafted with crispy, thin crusts and an array of fresh toppings that delighted our taste buds. The apple streusel was amazing and one of my favorite desserts.
Night 2: Pasta
The pastas were so delicious, I still dream about eating them again- cooked to perfection and served with rich, flavorful sauces. The lasagna was seriously the best pasta dish I've ever had in my life. We had mouthwatering tiramisu for dessert.
Night 3: Barbecue
On the second night, we were treated to a sumptuous barbecue. The barbecue featured a variety of perfectly grilled meats, each bite more tender and juicy than the last. The lamb skewers and chicken were particular guest favorites. The dessert was a refreshing and light strawberry gelato.
Night 3: Steak and Charcuterie
The charcuterie board was a work of art, with a diverse selection of cured meats, cheeses, and accompaniments that paired beautifully together. It was so huge that all of our guests thought it was the main meal but didn't realize there were THREE more courses of pasta, steak, cake, and gelato. The steaks were a perfect balance of flavor and tenderness and everyone was raving about them. The cake was a 5-layered cake that was so delicious I could have eaten all of it by myself.
Overall, every meal was a testament to the passion and expertise of the Ristorante Palazzo Mannocchi and the careful curation of dinners by Ferida. The quality of the ingredients, the attention to detail, and the authentic flavors made each night a culinary adventure.
