Ristorante Palazzo Boglietti In Biella

20/08/2025: First time at this all-you-can-eat restaurant. The fish was definitely good (excellent sashimi), and so were the sushi, with a delicate yet authentic flavor, unlike the various "sushi joints" in renovated warehouses that serve dishes that I find fake and over-the-top with flavors and colors just to make them more appealing. Unfortunately, I didn't find the same attention to detail in the cooked dishes and Chinese cuisine; it seemed more Japanese than Chinese. In any case, all the dishes were good; I'm just used to some of them having a different taste. I'll be back to try the Chinese starters and main courses. The service was very attentive and pleasant, but the place, on the other hand, wasn't the best, especially in the details. Overall, you may or may not like it, but the atmosphere is similar to the Chinese restaurants that were in the area 15-20 years ago, except with the added Japanese touch. I really enjoyed it, not just the food but the quiet, peaceful atmosphere (it should be noted that the place wasn't crowded). I'll be back.
