An excellent restaurant, Nicola is a kind and helpful host, the cuisine is well looked after by the expert and attentive Chiara, home-made and genuine food.

Siamo stati ieri sera per l'ennesima volta a cena da Paganini e per l'ennesima volta ne siamo usciti molto soddisfatti. Cucina ligure semplice e molto buona, pesce fresco, menù che segue il pescato e la disponibilità del periodo. Atmosfera familiare, prezzi onesti e aggiungo anche simpatia e cortesia. Propongono anche qualche piatto di terra per chi non gradisce il pesce. Mio consiglio? Se siete in stagione assolutamente da mangiare i muscoli alla marinara e le acciughe fritte impanate aperte a cotoletta, nonché gli spaghetti alle vongole. Buonissimo anche tutto il resto! Ci rivediamo presto :-)

Questo ristorante è sempre una certezza. Ambiente accogliente, piatti di mare e di terra della tradizione ligure realizzati con maestria e passione. In un Tigullio sempre più turistico, per una ligure come me (ma penso anche per un turista attento e in cerca di sapori autentici) Paganini è il posto giusto e, ormai, una perla rara..Nota di merito a tutto il personale, sempre gentile e disponibile.. È davvero un piacere tornare!

04/02/2025: Genoese restaurant a stone's throw from the Principe train station! Absolutely worth trying! Great prices and good, generous portions! First courses for 6, maximum 7 euros and second courses for 7/8 euros! There wasn't enough room and they told us if we wanted to sit at a table of 8. We met two very nice ladies next to us. Must try!
