This was my first time dining at Casa Gasperoni, even though I've known the chef for years and have followed his career with interest.
The menu, dedicated to Rimini in the 1990s, was spot on: an authentic tale of the Riviera, in its aromas and flavors, interpreted with technique, balance, and great respect for the ingredients.
Attentive and professional service, a well-constructed wine list, and a refined and welcoming atmosphere.
A solid and ambitious project that certainly deserves a visit to Montebello, a splendid village that makes the experience even more special.

Excellent experience, well-maintained location, top-notch meat cuisine, and generous portions for a restaurant of this type. Chef Gasperoni is always a guarantee and welcomed us like he did, making us feel at home, and helping us choose the wine.
The Porcospino dessert was divine, 10 out of 10.

If I had 10 stars, you would have given it 10. Stunning dishes. Excellent raw materials prepared sublimely. The pork ribs with black truffle and potatoes were excellent. The ribs had a soft, juicy interior and a crispy crust on the outside; they were immersed in a soft mashed potato with shavings of black truffle. No one flavor overpowered the others; they were all perfectly blended. It was like a melody played by an orchestra, nothing was out of place. Conducting the orchestra was a Merlot that with every sip made you want another bite of ribs.
Everything was meticulously prepared, top-notch service!!!

Located at the foot of Montebello Castle, this restaurant is a little gem in the countryside. The service is top-notch, and the staff is professional and welcoming. The decor is exquisitely decorated, and the table settings are elegant. A small, delicious appetizer is offered, along with a tasty focaccia to accompany the meal. The rabbit is excellent, and the cannelloni stuffed with bacon are superb. The classic "Porcospino" dessert is delicious, as is the typical Bustrengo, also kindly offered on the house. Parking is behind the restaurant, down a short slope.

This restaurant makes you feel at home; the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It's a great place to enjoy the company of others in peace, while savoring the chef's excellent dishes. The cuisine is strongly inspired by Romagna tradition; the ingredients are fresh and authentic, yet there are also some surprising innovations. The wine selection is also top-notch.
