It's not just a simple restaurant, but a more refined experience that goes far beyond traditional dishes. Many of the offerings are original and innovative, far removed from the usual classics found everywhere, and for this very reason, capable of surprising.
We chose the chef's five-course menu (€55), accompanied by a tasting of four paired glasses of wine: a journey through balanced flavors and never banal pairings. Special attention was also paid to addressing intolerances: having notified in advance that a gluten-free menu was required for one person at the table, the chef created a dedicated alternative, without sacrificing taste and originality.
All the dishes were truly excellent, but the real highlight came with dessert: a surprising fruit and vegetable salad with elderflower ice cream—an unexpected and memorable conclusion.

Very nice and simple place. Very friendly, competent and present dining room staff. The food was excellent, but I had no doubts already knowing the quality of chef Gasperoni's work. The view of the Valmarecchia valley is beautiful and the village of Montebello is nice to visit. It's definitely worth a short trip with a stop for lunch or dinner at a restaurant.

Wonderful experience in the setting of Montebello, evening with themed menu where the meeting between the flavors and colors of Romagna and the use of wild herbs from the area, created a magic of flavors in the dishes tasted and created by the creativity of the young but now very expert Chef Gasperoni. It is inevitable to return to savor its cuisine again, in a place with attention to the smallest detail and with a young but high quality service, truly compliments, highly recommended! 😉

We went to a themed evening. Rediscovering the ancient flavors of new herbs expertly placed on the plate is a satisfying experience for the senses, the palate and the mind.
