I haven't eaten as well as here in a long time. We arrived at 4 p.m. and had a four-course menu with local specialties, even vegetarian ones. I can highly recommend!!!

Classy, ​​high-quality service. 2025: After Medardo's passing, his heirs carried on the tradition, and the Blue Factory remains a trendy, classy place; the cocktails, food, and service are still excellent. Definitely recommended. Still the best place for aperitifs.
