A nice evening spent with colleagues and with delicious pizzas. Pretty fast service even though there were more than 20 of us. Inexpensive even though we had also taken the sweet and bitter. We'll be back

The panini were very tasty. Unfortunately no pizza at lunchtime because there wasn't enough going on.

We have eaten at Canditato several times. But nothing works here without a reservation. Italian etiquette dictates that you wait until you are escorted to the table. This is just about the couple of reviewers who complain twice here. When it comes to eating it, it should be noted that the farinata is recommended in almost all variations, and the tonno in the sesame crust is also delicious. You should try the olive oil together with the white bread, just drizzle it lightly onto your plate and dip it in - delicious Gladly again

Excellent food, ate calamarata with mussels and seasonal vegetables, pizza and apple strudel with custard. I only gave 4 stars to the environment because having eaten outdoors I did not enter the restaurant. Very kind staff.

Fantastic service, creative naming of the pizzas and menu overall, true Italian food and cuisine. Of all the pizzas I've had in Italy, Il Candidato had the best dough. Beer selection is also better than norm, and there is, i.e., Franziskaner amongst other artisan selections. It isn't fancy, but it is genuine Italian. Fun fact: the naming comes from a suggestion the owner should apply for being a Mayor so the naming came from that idea. Great experience overall, no negatives!
