Lovely hotel..staff very helpful. We were able to store our bag during the day we were to take a night train.

We chose this hotel for our stay in Ortigia and never was a more appropriate choice. Everything excellent. Spacious, spotlessly clean rooms. Abundant breakfast. Strategic location. If we were to return we would definitely choose it again.

Used the room for the conference, but saw the utmost availability from all the staff, the kindness of the director, they met all our needs even at the last moment, truly impeccable

The hotel is located in a picturesque, classic old building near the island of Ortigia, the sights there and in the old town are within easy walking distance. Our room 309 has no window, but a glass door that leads via a small staircase to a small roof terrace with a beautiful view of the harbor.

We had booked a nice room with a sea view but unfortunately it also faced a main street and was way too loud. The staff were very kind and helpful. Moved us to a room that was at par in a quieter side. I know it's a luxury only available during off season. They also gave us good recommendations for places to eat. Also a bonus that they have eggs for the breakfast buffet which is.nice after only getting croissants 😅

The structure is a little dated although very beautiful and in a strategic position from which you can take a nice walking tour. The staff were very kind and friendly. The rooms could be renovated a bit because the furniture is a bit old but overall cleanliness and space were very good and in the bathroom there is a modern floor-mounted shower which is certainly much better than the old tubs. We will definitely be back!!
