We went for lunch one weekday in December and there were hardly any people. The food was delicious and well-prepared, and the waiter was very attentive. I'm giving it 4 stars because we thought there would be more variety in the pasta, which is what we were looking for. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The location is new, elegant, and meticulously crafted, with a pleasant atmosphere that makes the experience even more special. The menu features traditional dishes from Matera and Basilicata, reinterpreted with a touch of innovation that surprises without ever distorting the original flavors. We had dinner in this lovely place last night. The restaurant itself is very nice, the service was good although the food took a while to arrive. We had the maiale with apple sauce and the braciola with some roast potatoes.
