Excellent tavern with typical dishes. I enjoyed the ribollita senese and tagliolini ragù di cinta senese. Also excellent the possibility of having tarallucci and wine for dessert.

We loved it here! Thank you so much to the lovely server. We got the set tasting menu at 40 euro per person- Prosciutto board, bread, wine, water and steak with potatoes. It was REALLY good. My friend is gluten free and they ran to the shops to buy her bread, they went above and beyond. We sat outside and people watched! Perfecto

Abbiamo preso un Antipasto, i primi e un secondo… tutto buono! Servizio non velocissimo e costo un po’ caro però abbiamo mangiato molto bene e il cibo era di qualità.

Super friendly and professional staff, dog friendly tavern. The food is good and prices average. Recommended for a couple's evening. The only flaw is small spaces and you can feel this particular vibration of the floor which is a bit annoying.

Ribollita top (be careful it's slightly spicy) we devoured it with a good glass of Chianti. The extreme kindness of the staff alone is worth a stop in this tavern. The location, a stone's throw from the Duomo, justifies the slightly above average prices (cover charge 2.50 per person).

08/06/2025: Me apetecía mucho este lugar ya que Castellina es uno de los favoritos. El tiramisú era excepcionalmente bueno y probablemente solo vale la pena esta visita. Quizás me tomé una pizza en un día libre, pero el quatro formaggi no sabía a queso en absoluto! Sin embargo, iré de nuevo.
25/05/2025: Posto carino ma servizio lento e cibo non all altezza l arrosto misto sapeva troppo di olio e la tagliata poco morbida il resto nella norma

30/12/2024: Locale molto carino nel cuore di Pienza. Cucina toscana di alto livello, semplice ma di ottima qualità. Molto buoni i primi piatti ( pici ).ottime le carni . Contorni tipici della terra toscana ( fagioli e ceci ) . Prezzi medio bassi
26/12/2024: Locale piccolo ma accogliente. Soprattutto in area natalizia. Tutto gestito da una sola persona ma per me va bene così. Buoni i primi e anche il vinello in brocca. Io non ho assaggiato molte pietanze ma a fiducia penso che sarebbe stato buono tutto.
