Nice Tuscan guys, they opened this little place facing the pine forest... I ate really well, the very soft meat cooked in Chianti wine (I don't remember the name of the dish) appetizer like cheese meatballs and a glass of excellent red wine

the food is really delicious, a trip to Tuscany without paying for petrol!! Fresh meat cooked just right when needed. Immensely good meat tartare, even seasoned!! I highly recommend trying "Coccolo", the best meat restaurant. I must say that I have never given a 5 star review overall but this is the right opportunity!! Everyone here!!

Dinner, with the family, first of all I would like to point out that the products are ALL ORGANIC, the meat is carefully selected, the bread and the Florentine Schiacciata are made by the owners on site; they have the restaurant on one side, and on the other a small shop where they sell all organic products, bread, crushed vegetables, etc. In the à la carte menu you don't find a written list of first courses, precisely because depending on what the chef finds, he puts on the table, like yesterday he had porcini mushrooms with a very inviting undergrowth flavor to make with tagliatelle and what can I say: amazing!!! The first courses, like some other dishes, can be found written on the blackboard. If you want vegetables, they take them directly from their shop and cook them instantly, as is also the case for some types of first courses. Warning: do not confuse slowness with the fact that cooked products arrive at the table AT THE MOMENT!!
Abundant dishes, so much so that with a platter that was for two people, the three of us ate well.

Typical Tuscan tavern suitable for a quiet, non-formal dinner, where you can enjoy good local food. Friendly and welcoming staff. Overall, a good place, although the Florentine, although good, did not meet our expectations: we expected something more from a typical Tuscan tavern. Just one note: it's okay that the menu isn't huge because there are choices, but not having grilled vegetables as a side dish for the meat doesn't seem ideal to me. Saying that they are finished is not an excuse, they are those things that should never be missing in a place of this type. Even the portion of potatoes x2 is decidedly small. We can do better!
