Ristorante Natèe In Vasto

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance... we ordered the 30 euro set menu. Tuna with truffle mayonnaise and cuttlefish with crispy bacon and pumpkin were amazing. The spaghetti with clams and the fried fish were also excellent. The staff were extremely friendly... hard-working, attentive to every detail. Their dishes express their passion for this job and stand out from the increasingly commercial and "fighting" crowd. Congratulations, guys, keep it up.

We ate really well, the quality of the raw materials was excellent, the service and hospitality were truly excellent.

A small restaurant in the historic center of Vasto. The interior is elegant and very beautiful. The service is attentive, friendly, and very competent. For two, we opted for a full menu with two appetizers: mussels, spaghetti with clams, fried fish, water, and cover charge included, for €30. We started with a red tuna with lime and avocado mayo sauce, a perfect pairing. Another appetizer was mackerel cooked at low temperatures, with a base of potato, soy, and caramelized onions; this too was unique and very good. The mussel stew was unusual; they added a little mint, which left a particularly fresh flavor. The stew was so unique that we decided to try some chitarrine pasta. Spaghetti with clams was plentiful and delicious. Fresh fried fish, crispy and delicious, and homemade desserts were delicious. We paired it with a bottle of Geminus rosé. A bitter aftertaste. The total cost was €92 for two, but we actually paid €45 each. The restaurant was chosen at random, and it was a very pleasant surprise. I highly recommend it.

We had dinner at a quaint little restaurant in the center of Vasto. Even though we'd made a reservation but hadn't specified we'd like to eat inside, the very kind hostess and owner went out of their way to seat us in no time. We ordered a set menu and some à la carte dishes... EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS... CONGRATULATIONS...and what can I say? We were even offered coffee at the end... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The food was excellent, and the service was prompt and friendly. The place is very charming. I gave it four stars instead of five because they offered us some delicious appetizers that weren't on the menu, and we paid a bit for them. Highly recommended.

I was incredibly satisfied with this family lunch! Everything was delicious, but I personally found the appetizers truly excellent; I enjoyed them more than the two main courses. And the sorbet? I've never tasted anything so soft and flavorful! I'll definitely be back.

A charming location with tables set along an alley in the historic center of Vasto, yet in a quiet setting. The staff were delightful, and the food was also excellent, with reasonable wait times. The €30 fish menu was excellent in composition and quality, with special mention for the zucchini flowers and fried cod, with delicately flavored toppings, crispy and dry breading, and excellent carpaccio. For the fifth star, the pasta with clams needs work, as choosing spaghetti that is too thick spoils the flavor and doesn't absorb the seafood well. Finally, the restrooms need a lock or latch. Despite these two flaws, the rating is still high for the quality/price ratio, the courtesy of the staff, and the location.
