Ristorante Nane Hotel Ares In Sabaudia

Dinner was served as it should be, welcoming, kind, and family-like. A very delicious dinner and a quality menu.

A quiet and overall good hotel, I think it's the only one in Pontinia. The rooms are a bit small, but the bathroom is spacious. The beds have mattresses that are a bit too soft for my taste. Unfortunately, the windows don't have screens, and when I left them slightly open to let the air circulate, a few insects got in, disturbing my sleep. Cleanliness seems good. It's getting old, and it shows; it could use a general modernization, but it's still a good property with a pleasant restaurant, which has a lovely atmosphere and the dishes we tried were truly excellent. The garden is lovely, and the pool is okay. The staff is friendly, although they asked me to pay for dinner immediately (!) instead of at checkout, as if I were planning on running away... The breakfast buffet could also include something savory, not just sweet. Overall, it's okay, but there are some things that could be improved. See you next time!

Recently renovated rooms. Minimal breakfast; pre-ordering a croissant/savory option is fine, but a little more variety wouldn't hurt.
