Great location in the green! Beautiful and good music, fast service and good atmosphere. Sheltered from the road and magnificent garden

We went to the restaurant, which was nice, although there were a lot of empty tables. The food and price were average.

The food was good; I had a carbonara. The bacon was rather sparing. One server was nice. The others seemed extremely annoyed and weren't friendly to new customers either.

Nice place where we had some drinks, only the music was a bit too loud.

What a pleasure it was to stay at this villa. Information was easily supplied and everything considered. We had contact with them from day one, offering info and support via WhatsApp. Even a video on how to check in and access the room seeing we arrived late in the evening. The room was small but so comfortable. The airconditioning strong and a welcome relief. I was super impressed by the fittings and bedding quality not to mention the vibe. Our bathroom was large and comfortable. The only slight issue is the water never got super hot which I like but it was warm enough after a 35 degree day! Now the bed, so unbelievably comfortable after some of those Italian blocks for beds we'd experienced elsewhere. The extra pillows, the supportive but soft mattress made my so happy with a bad back. Location was premier. An easy walk from the corner, you can see it from where a taxi would drop you. Easy to access your room and there is amazing food, gelato etc within a few steps. My only real sadness is we never met anyone, if you like privacy and not seeing a soul you're in luck but I really enjoy meeting people who run these gorgeous private hotels as we travel but not a complaint at all! We did not eat at the restaurant so no notes.

Awesome! Many thanks to Federico! We had to spontaneously rebook our vacation and spend a night in Olbia. When booking, I asked the hotel if we could have our room in the morning because I had broken my foot. A short time later, I received a response saying they would try to get our room ready right away, but if that didn't happen, they would provide me with an armchair and pillows to prop up. Upon arrival, he immediately showed us a room, explained everything, and helped us carry things. There's no daily room service here, but I don't think it's necessary. With Federico, however, you have someone you can reach 24/7 via WhatsApp, and he's super helpful. Thank you so much! 😊

A super friendly and helpful host. Communication is quick and easy via WhatsApp. Great location right on the marina and close to lots of great restaurants. We'd love to come back.

We shared delicious cocktails in a beautiful backyard, beautifully decorated and accompanied by music. A very pleasant moment

A very nice restaurant set in a garden in downtown Olbia. We've had excellent meals there several times.
