We wanted to eat Bruschetta. It was not on the Menu, but after asking Mino created the dish just for us. Great experience and very unlike other airport restaurants!

Nothing to say, absolute perfection. With Mino? And Davide, an absolutely impeccable staff. A true connoisseur can tell you that. Try it and believe it. He who spends less, spends more. At least one here spends but gets quality. And that means a lot these days. A top 10.

This restaurant is inside the airport, right after security. There aren't many options inside, so we chose the one that first struck us as the most appealing. We ordered a seafood salad and an octopus and potato salad. Both were good. The burrata wasn't as good, a bit sour; it's not the first time I've had it at this restaurant. Prices are high, but unfortunately, that's always the case at the airport.

La Dolce Vita

21/10/2025: We had the pacchero with seafood and it was the best thing we had in Monopoli. Its served in a terracotta bowl with pizza dough on top. They cut it open in front of you to release the stream. The smell instantly makes your mouth water. Its a light stew and the seafood and pasta are cooked perfectly. The sauce is out of this world. Come hungry if you want to try. Absolutely amazing!
18/10/2025: Surprisingly nice restaurant in terms of style and interior. Delicious food. Service was friendly and attentive.

28/03/2025: Una bella scoperta questo locale nel quartiere Poggiofranco di Bari. Principalmente è un pub/braceria con prezzi al di sotto della media. Ho degustato un ottimo panino con angus da 300 grammi accompagnato da patate la forno, una particolarità di questo locale che preferisce questo contorno alle classiche patate fritte. Ottimi, ed economici, anche i dolci (squisito il barattolino Pan di Stelle). Personale giovanile e super educato e cortese. Inoltre si possono anche utilizzare gli yums di theFork. Ci tornerò sicuramente
