Everything was delicious. We were served by Enzo, a super friendly and kind man. He adapted the dishes without meat or dairy, which were exquisite. Highly recommended!

A real favorite! Everything is excellent at the Moli restaurant in Diano Marina: refined dishes, meticulous presentation, authentic flavors, and attentive service. The setting is charming, ideal for a romantic dinner or a family get-together. You can taste the passion in every dish. I highly recommend it!

Passati per ricordare dove si andava a mangiare parecchi anni fa…Siamo stati accolti benissimo e il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e disponibile a soddisfare le nostre richieste anche un po’ fuori menù, compreso il ghiaccio per rimediare ad una caduta. Piatti buonissimi al giusto prezzo. Cordialità e professionalità. Torneremo sicuramente!

30/03/2025: Bel locale in un angolo un po’ nascosto di Ventimiglia, si viene accolti calorosamente dal personale di sala molto gentile, educato e preparato in un atmosfera che mette tranquillità e relax interiore…. Prima di iniziare l Esperienza culinaria vengono serviti dei piccoli ma gustosissimi antipastini che già fanno capire cosa arriverà dopo…. Scelto il menù degustazione non siamo stati delusi neanche da un piatto, un bel tripudio di sapori equilibrato in ogni pietanza servita con degli impiattamenti superlativi, veramente complimenti allo chef Ottima anche la carta dei vini

01/06/2025: Super welcoming atmosphere in a unique setting and formula. Host and chef are incredibly friendly and they are clearly passionate about what they do. Would also come back when in the area :)
28/05/2025: This was one of the most amazing culinary experiences I’ve had. Franco and his team are very welcoming. The menu was just perfect. Don’t forget to make a reservation in advance. You can choose whether you want to have a vegetarian menu or fish and meat. It’s really something special. Thank you for this evening!
